摘要

Information about location and the services provided by PUSKESMAS (health service community center) are needed by the public, especially middle-class society. This is related with the needs for cheap and good quality of public health services in order to improve public health which would impact the increased quality of life. The large number of health service center throughout Indonesia and the diversity of the services provided by each health service community center would make it difficult to know the existence of health service community center that have the services they needed. So it is very inefficient if the public should search around for a health service community center that they need by visiting each health service community center around them. Geographic Information System (GIS) are computer based information system that combines elements of the map (geography) and information about the map (data attributes). The use of GIS technology is to help finding a place or desired location on digital maps. With the help of Global Positioning System (GPS) which can indicates the location of the user, enables us to know our location and how far you from the location. At this research, GIS and GPS technology will be combined in mobile devices to determine the location and services information of health service centers in Bandung city, we called SIGAPP Mobile. This application includes navigator from the user location to the health service community center and the catalog information of the existing health services. Mobile device which used is android operating system considered this operating system is advanced rapidly and the price is affordable by almost all people, including middle class society.
