摘要

Cel7A is a cellobiohydrolase produced by the cellulose degrading fungus Hypocrea jecorina. The enzyme binds enantioselectively to the β-blocker propranolol and analogues thereof. This selective binding has here been studied by NMR spectroscopy, X-ray crystallography and computational modelling.
