Iris diagnosis as an alternative medicine which may diagnose the patient's disease by examining some features of his/her iris, such as patterns, the color and etc. can be said of the whole body health map that contains the genetic lesion. In this paper, we propose an iris recognition algorithm to see a genetic disorder that resulted from a parent using the iris taken with your smartphone. We early diagnose of the disease and clearly determine the development of the disease using the difference image of the iris images taken in this paper. It is also possible to extract the eight major signs of the iris lesion from an iris image, and in the experimental results of the accuracy of the examination apply to the automation of iris diagnostic with iris recognition rate to 91% by the iris pattern matching techniques. Next, we can use the system with a proposed algorithm in hospitals and clinics at low cost as convergence/integration system of oriental medicine and western medicine.
