This working paper provides an overview in industrial logistics of one technology, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). By managing using RFID components and systems more effectively during used in environmental and economic efficiency could be increased. The principles of RFID technology are explained, current transport and assembly applications are described. Is provided an understanding of the nature of the electromagnetic fields that can be created at both high frequencies (HF) and ultrahigh frequencies (UHF) in the vicinity of AS/RS shelves used in industrial logistic in manufacturing and warehouse. The paper provides a general technical overview of the management development of FMS-AS/RS system. It is required to produce the three demonstration phases planned for this environment. Three phases of demonstrations are being developed as part of the Control Systems Research activity within the Flexible MS Laboratory.
