Miniaturized Polarization Sensitive Detector Unit for Swept Source Optical Coherence Tomography

摘要

A miniaturized polarization sensitive single-shot detection unit for swept source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) has been realized. Almost achromatic balancing could be achieved by a free space interferometer resulting in sensitivity improvement of 5 dB in respect to an optimized fiber-optical device.
