APPLICATION OF SAFETY LIFE CYCLE TO GAS PLANT PROCESS

摘要

This paper will cover the Analysis, Implementation, and Operation phases of the Safety Life Cycle as described in IEC 61511 / ISA 84.01 with details on the main content of each phase. An example will be used to walk through the Safety Life Cycle and address all the steps in each phase. Lessons learned will be shared from the perspective of the site owner (A major gas processing company- “Company”) and from the SIS supplier (Honeywell Process Solution).
