The City of Milwaukee challenged its engineering consultant to develop a sewer system evaluation survey that identified, over the course of four phases, structural problems and sources of infiltration/inflow (I/I) in 507 sanitary sewer systems and then make recommendations with costs to repair the structural problems or eliminate the sources of I/I.
