To manufacture good quality sugar with maximum possible recovery, the product of Retention time x temperature x variation of pH from 7, should be as minimum as possible during processing. During the last two months of the season, we have adopted the online defecation system. This has reduced the retention time, improved process parameters, reduced chemical consumption & eliminated the requirement of juice defecator.
