摘要

Transparent conductive films for projected capacitive touch sensors are required to have low resistivity and special optical properties, so-called "Invisible ITO". In this study, the transparent conductive film with low resistivity, 2.6×10~(-4) Ω·cm is obtained on a plastic substrate by adjusting the composition of transparent conductive oxide. In addition, the transparent conductive film has excellent optical properties obtained by inserting several optical layers between transparent conductive film and plastic substrate.
