The Potential of Photovoltaic Systems in Canada

Canada has enormous potential to be a photovoltaic giant but the country is among the least photovoltaic energy producing countries. Inadequate dissemination of appropriate information to the investors is one of the major constraints. In this work, large- and small-scale grid-connected photovoltaic complete'systems were simulated for various locations in Canada. The simulation considers all technical factors, environmental factors with real data, all kind of energy losses, and economic data.
