We have chosen the RFPA0133 integrated circuit made by Qorvo (formerly RFMD) using theirGaAs HBT process. This power amplifier provides more than 30 dB of gain. The output match isexternal, allowing for the use of low loss components. The power added efficiency of the PA isgreater than 60%.
