AMSAT OSCAR-E Project Status Update A New LEO Satellite from AMSAT-NA

The core elements of AMSAT OSCAR-Eare under construction now by SpaceQuest.The AMSAT OSCAR-E project team is stillworking to finalize plans for optionalpayloads. This is proving to be especiallydifficult.It is hoped that AMSAT OSCAR-E will bethe first in a series of new low-cost LEO,satellites, each to carry optional payloads ofinterest to the AMSAT community.
