The aim of the research is to construct a 3D structural and petrophysical model of the onshore-to-offshore zone of western flank of the South Caspian Basin (SCB) for modeling reservoir properties within the upper section of Lower Pliocene Productive Series (PS). The area of interests covers the southern part of theAbsheron and the northern part of the Baku oil- and gas-bearing regions ofAzerbaijan. The 3D structural model of oil fields within study area was used as a base for building an accurate high resolution grid.A3D facies model of each zone (Horizon) is constructed through the analysis and integration of available core and log data from about 40 wells in the research area. Synthesized lithology model reflects a facial zonality within the region. In the next step, the model was populated with petrophysical properties (porosity, permeability, pressure, temperature)
