Suspended graphene devices can be used to study nanoscale electromechanics and quantum Hall effect. The actuation and detection of the suspended graphene resonators is based on using the device as a heterodyne mixer. The resonator can be used a probe the internal strains within the graphene membrane. The current annealing of suspended graphene device allows removal of adsorbed residue. Annealed devices have low charge inhomogeneity and high mobility allowing observation of integer quantum Hall effect at low magnetic field (approx1T) at 4K.
