POST-CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE: WHAT'S THAT?

The presentation describes a post-construction stormwater owner transfer of responsibility process, discusses current and proposed federal and local post-construction stormwater regulations, and provides examples of post-construction stormwater system maintenance. Kleenco Maintenance and Construction encounters many stormwater best management practices. A pictorial evaluation of post-construction stormwater best management practices will follow a discussion of developer considerations on new post-construction stormwater ordinances. Secondarily, this presentation facilitates compliance with the law and thereby reduces the risk of compliance penalties and preserves stormwater quality on a national scale.
