摘要

We report on the dependence of output power on slot antenna width in resonant tunneling diodes (RTDs) with offset-fed slot antennas oscillating at ~500GHz. The output power was maximized at an optimized slot width through the impedance matching between the RTD and antenna. Theoretical calculation reasonably agreed with the experiment.
