Business Process Modeling presents an enterprise global vision. This vision allows better understanding of both: the enterprise dynamics and its internal and external relations. Business modeling is the main technique for aligning the development with the enterprise goals. Models have a fundamental role in the Business Process specification. For this reason, it is very important to use high quality models in order to improve the performance and evolution of the enterprises. This paper presents the study, analysis and comparison of the application of two methods for business processes conceptual models analysis. Both methods focus on the comprehensibility and maintainability of these models. This study was carried out on a real case of a company from the region. The methods were thought of as a control resource for business process modeling. The different phases allow controlling the correctness of the models and aims to support the engineers and project leaders with regard to the shaping of business process models.
