Since the concept and technological aspects of "lean production" was summarized during 80s to 90s through origin of International Motor Vehicle Program, various extensions have been carried out up to now for reinforcing the way of corporate performance management. The topics being discussed in this paper will be on further extension of conceptual and technological aspect of lean management. The former includes proactive vs. reactive operations, which are planning phase-focused and recovery phase-focused styles respectively, similarity-based model building/analysis, which is transferability-attended way of thinking by referring to other useful cases. The latter includes technological evolution of current assets such as IoT-assisted lean management by structurization of KPIs, evolutional structure development based on PDCA style of management, green lean technology that is for responding world movement on green operations being encouraged through COPs, white-box vs. black-box approaches that mean open-based and closed-based intellectual property managements, development of synergetic loss reduction procedure that intends to detect root cause which contribute to creates many types of losses, development of decomposition logic of overall target with evaluation of significance of sub-targets, ROI improvement of performance management project, human-hour reduction with human-resource shift to more value-added jobs and lean management technology transfer issues, all of which will bring us to hopeful future.
