Control the Scale of Construction Land in Zhejiang Province-Based on scenario analysis with an example of Japan

摘要

This paper compared land resources, economic strength, industrial structure, construction land use intensity and other key factors of Japan with Zhejiang Province, carried on SWOT analysis of the control of scale of construction land in Zhejiang Province and analyzed the development potential of the intensive use of construction land based on scenario analysis ,to judge the current situation of construction land use in Zhejiang Province, and finally, propose the policy proposals to frugally and intensively use the construction land and Control it's scale.
