摘要

With the rapid development of knowledge economy, projects investment decisions of engineering construction industry are confronted with greater challenges and opportunities than before. Project investment decisions is the fundamental of capital operation, in order to obtain and maintain a competitive edge, a secure and right decision is absolutely needed. According to the characteristics of engineering construction operations, the paper develops an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model to set an index system of investment decision and determine the weight of each factor index. By analyzing the main trends of decision-making to address problems, it gives the reasonable reference to the engineering construction industry to solve problems.
