摘要

Currently, the research of investment decision-making of construction engineering projects mainly depends on the shape analysis method and partially quantitative analysis method, without a more accurate, comprehensive and quantitative analysis. In view of the problem of investment decision-making of construction engineering projects, this article introduces the gray relation grade theory and analytical hierarchy process, and sets up a multi-objective grey relation grade model of investment decision-making of construction engineering projects based on weighted grey relation degree of alternatives. Finally, this paper gives a application example of this model and completes scheme optimization, which testifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the multi-objective grey relation grade model for investment decision-making of construction engineering projects. Adopting the grey system theory to research the problems of project investment decision, contributes to the optimization and the improvement of investment and decision-making systems, as well as the good operation of capital and the achievement of considerable economic benefits.
