Refractory Education in Ukraine

摘要

Specialists in refractories technology are educated in the NTU "Kharkiv Polytechnical Institute", Ukrainian State Chemical-Technological University (Dnepropetrovsk), National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine (Dnepropetrovsk) and Donetsk National Technical University. Refractories learning processin Ukraine is described on example of NTU "Kharkiv Polytechnical Institute". The studies are held by qualified specialists (professors and Ph.D.) who have a big field experience which puts the education on a high level. The students specialized in refractories go through training and pregraduation practice at refractory plants. These enterprises are the main employers of the certified specialists. In these universities the postgraduate students are being prepared. All this gives refractories industry of Ukraine possibility for technical improvement, development of new modern refractories.
