Adjusting the tire pressure of agricultural vehicles creates new potentials regarding tractive force, slippage and comfort. Our tests produced the following results: Tractive force and comfort increase significantly, slippage will be reduced by one third. Propagating the advantages of central tire inflation systems is therefor one of our main tasks. All our scientific results are offered to practitioners to establish a basis for their regarding adjusted tire pressure.
