摘要

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission) is the lead agency responsible for the siting of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facilities in the United States that are involved in interstate and international commerce. As part of the siting evaluation, FERC regulations require applicants to file thirteen Resource Reports that allow FERC staff to undertake a comprehensive safety and environmental review of the proposed project.
