Intelligent Integrated Safety Management and Audit System in the Chemical Industry

In many organizations,the management program for process safety,health and environment have developed separately.However these programs have many similarities and common requirements.In this research,we suggested the 'object oriented information flow' method for the more easy analysis of traditional safety,health and environment workflows within the chemical industry.We have also developed a web-based efficient integrated management system and internal audit module as a user-friendly interface.Eventually,we adjusted some modules of this management system for use within industrial processes and audit module for 16 companies.Because most safety,health and environment data are so confidential,companies do not want to exchange their data and management system.And there are two many overlapped auditing guidelines.Therefore,this research can be applied as general procedures for integrating systems.
