The Cationic Surfactants’ Mold Synergies to the TCMTB and Application on Antifungal Treatment of Sheepskin Processing

TCMTB was emulsified with cationic surfactants dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride (1227), cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (1631), dual sim alkyl bromide and non-ionic emulsifier OS-15, and an efficient antifungal compound was made. Then its inhibitory effects was assessed by Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC).The results show that 1227 has a good mold synergies to TCMTB, and all the MICs are below 1mg/mL. Finally, the antifungal compound was applied to sheepskin processing and the results indicate that this fungicide have a good mildew effect.
