Returns to scale and scale elasticity in dynamic DEA models

摘要

In this paper we provide some theoretical and applied results on two concepts Returns To Scale (RTS) and Scale Elasticity (SE) in dynamic Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Some basic definitions are given and their properties are established. Also, some relationships between SE, RTS and other notions existing in dynamic DEA are proved.
