With rapid development of the real estate market, China's real estate market has been changed from a seller's market into a buyer's market, market competition become more and more fierce. Real estate marketing has been regarded as a powerful competitive edge. Many traditional marketing management problems have been exposed, effect of marketing were weakened gradually. Based on the analysis of small and medium real estates' marketing problems and the causation in current real estate market, corresponding countermeasures were discussed.
