摘要

A reliable analytical method was developed for determination of 2’-MeGTP in mouse liver tissue. Stabilization treatment with ice-cold TCA along with effective extraction and clean up using weak anion exchange SPE made it possible to accurately measure concentrations of 2’-MeGTP in mouse liver tissues by LC-MS/MS. The method was successfully applied to pharmacokinetic studies of IDX184 in mice for the determination of 2’-MeGTP concentrations in liver tissue.
