摘要

1. A sensitve HILIC-MS/MS method was developed to simultaneously measure carnitine, palmitoylcarnitine and stearyolcarnitine in mice. 2. Stock stability and mouse blood stability of carnitine and two acylcarnitines were studied and applied to the analysis of mouse blood. 3. The method has been successfully applied to the investigation of carnitine and two acylcarnitines as potential biomarkers for fatty acid β oxidation in mice.
