Co-registration of MS Imaging datasets and high resolution optical images from public databanks to study the MS- and histo-architecture of mouse brain

摘要

For the first time MSI datasets were co-registered with high-resolution optical images from public databanks. Precise mapping of biomolecular ions from different brain regions to the Allen Brain Atlas allows not only comparison between different sections but also between different animals.
