Lipids analysis in 9 seconds sample to sample with surface improved plates and vaporization enhancement solution in LDTD-MS/MS

摘要

Use of patented inert polymeric surface combined with EDTA solution allows quantitation of lipids with polar group. LDTD Ion Source allows efficient ionization of Sterols without derivatization. Quantitation of Cholesterol in human plasma is achieved with a simple liquid -liquid extraction followed by an analysis in 9 seconds sample- to - sample. Use of ion mobility allows isobaric separation of sterol molecules with interference level <1%.
