Deep insight into dynamics of proteome and PTM regulation. Diabetes affects relevant proteome level of metabolic pathways in liver. Posttranslational modification alterations on prominent key players for diabetes that exert a broad impact on disease regulation. Candidates containing both phosphorylation and acetylation sites with contrary or equal regulation will be subjected to further analysis of PTM cross-talk to elucidate their role in the context of diabetes.
