摘要

Binge (MSA) and continuous drinking show differential effects on protein expression levels in amygdala. Protein network analysis indicates that Akt, ERK,PKC and CREB signal transduction pathways are involved in alterations of amygdala proteins due to chronic ethanol drinking. Western blotting or real time PCR will be used to confirm the MS results.
