Sulfur rich crude oil and bitumen analysis on the molecular level by APPI and LDI FT-ICR Mass Spectrometry

摘要

APPI as well as LDI can be used to characterize crude oil and bitumen using FTMS. Compound class S can be detected by LDI but with lower abundance than APPI. Compound class N is most abundant using LDI.
