摘要

The MALDI MS and MALDI MS/MS show that PCL homopolymer and PCL-PEG copolymer fragments (i.e. intrinsically degrades) mainly by 1,5 H rearrangement along the polyester chain. The degradation study of the copolymer in water shows that the presence of PEG in the copolymer increases the rate of degradation. UPLC analysis demonstrates that week by week the copolymer degrades by first releasing PEG into the aqueous medium and then by losing slowly CL monomer.
