1. The streptavidin: biotinylated inhibitor system provides an effective and selective method of delivering imaging or therapeutic agents. 2. The preformed complex shows greater affinity than the inhibitor alone. 3. UHMS yields better nominal mass measurement than FT -ICR because the resolution does not deteriorate with increasing m/z. UHMS accessible mass range far superior to FT -ICR. 4. UHMS allows analysis of intact proteins and complexes with higher resolution and mass range than existing TOF methods. 5. UHMS resolution and sensitivity does not decrease with increasing m/z. 6. High resolution was obtained at 500 kDa. Mass range detector limited.
