DIRECT MEASUREMENT OF HYDROGEN/ DEUTERIUM EXCHANGE IN DAHP SYNTHASE MOLTEN GLOBULE

This novel microfluidic device enables direct measurements of dynamics in weakly structured regions of proteins. We were able to demonstrate significant structural differences between free and enzyme bound forms of DAHP synthase.
