High Resolution, High Throughput TOFMS Quantitation of Pooled Samples for High Throughput LCMS

Pharmaceutical Discovery often requires large volumes of sample analysis. This level of throughput presents a number of unique challenges. First, samples must be analyzed at rates below 30 seconds per compound. Second, quantitative tuning needs to be minimized. Third, any method of analysis must be highly automated. With these factors in mind a new technique called LAP HRQ (Large Array Pooling High Resolution Quantitation), will be evaluated. In this workflow a high speed, high resolution TOF instrument is employed to perform tuneless quantitation. The MS is then coupled with an ultra high pressure HPLC with rapid injection autosampler. The key is an increased level of sample pooling post incubation.
