摘要

Several derivatives of oleic acid were prepared and tested as candidates for double bond localization. All of them formed acetonitrile-related adducts providing fragments diagnostic for the position of double bond. FAMEs were chosen as the most suitable derivatives. An HPLC/APCI-MS/MS method was developed for separation of complex mixture of FAMEs allowing direct determination of double bond positions in separated molecular species.
