摘要

The critical steps for the previously validated assay for bortezomib have been optimized for more routine analysis. Freeze/thaw stability has been demonstrated across all QC sample concentrations to 4 cycles. The optimization of the experimental approach has removed a persistent negative bias observed for QC samples. Incurred sample reanalysis has shown that the results from the assay are reproducible.
