Assessment of proteome coverage achieved using SuperSILAC mix to quantify the human tissue proteome

The coverage of the tissue proteome does not change significantly when mix with SuperSILAC. This shows that mixing Tissue and Cell lines does not substantially decrease coverage of the tissue proteome. A significant portion of the tissue proteome does not overlap with the SuperSILAC mix of 5 cell lines and thus cannot be compared in different tissue samples using the SuperSILAC method based on the 5 cell lines that we used.
