LC-ESI-QqTOF-MS/MS analysis of the digested neoglycoconjugale with trypsin and GluC V8 allowed a better glycation sites profiling with a total sequence coverage of 92percent. 30 glycation sites were identified, while the average carbohydrate hapten-to-BSA ratio is 5.4. The synthetic neoglycoconjugate vaccine consists on a mixture of glycoforms. Glycation occured on the lysine residues located on the surface of the BSA.
