Immobilized Liquids for Simple and Rapid Preparation of Clinical Samples for Quantification by LC-MS/MS

摘要

"Pipette & Shake" approach employing well plates coated with an immobilized liquid effectively removes matrix compounds even from samples with heavy matrix burden (whole blood). No need for centrifugation or vacuum. Reproducible and comparable to protein precipitation/on-line SPE sample preparation for LC-MS/MS analysis.
