Rapid ((mu)s-ms) separations of complex mixtures and isomers based on gas-phase transport properties of ions. Readily coupled to time-of-flight mass spectrometry for differentiation of charge states and chemical classes (ie: proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, hydrocarbons) along distinct mobility-mass trendlines.
