摘要

We have developed a cost effective, high-throughput, toxico-proteomics platform that simultaneously monitors multiple key pathways whose perturbation is associated with toxicity in hepatocytes. By monitoring the expression changes of proteins associated with certain toxicological pathways in a quantitative manner, this highly multiplexed MRM platform serves as a useful tool for setting high-throughput screens to assess hepatoxicity of environmental toxicants and drugs.
