Mass spectral identification and quantification of neuropeptides in the stomatogastric ganglion of the lobster Homarus americanus during development

摘要

Here we investigated the neuropeptide complements in the STG from the lobster H. americanus. Neuropeptides were identified and confirmed by CID tandem MS and CE separation techniques. Neuropeptide expressions were quantitatively compared among multiple developmental stages. Sequential acquirement and specific trends of neuropeptides in different stages were observed.
