摘要

The combination of a Time Resolved Electrospray source with a parallel plate Differential Mobility Analyzer and a QTOF mass spectrometer is capable of resolving multiple intermediate conformations of ubiquitin. Results indicate the presence of multiple intermediate conformations of the protein and a clear indication that the unfolding and refolding pathways are different.
