摘要

The results from this study support validation of an accurate, precise, and sensitive analytical method for the determination of HD exposure. The method was useful in characterizing systemic HD concentrations observed in a rabbit ocular exposure model. This animal model demonstrates the dose-dependent presence of the plasma protein biomarker after delivery of HD vapor to the eye.
