Identification of Proteins induced by PUGNAc treatment in 3T3-L1 adipocytes using ATP-affinity chromatography: Relationship between ubiquitination and O-glycosylation

摘要

We established a new targeted proteomic named as ATP binding proteomics. We could identify ATP-binding proteins in global level. Identified proteins that induced by PUGNAc treatment are related to ubiquitin-proteasome degradation pathway or protein stabilization.
